China commits $15 Million to Ghana  
China has committed an immediate financial assistance of fifteen million dollars to Ghana.  This was the outcome of a high level meeting between the Vice President John Mahama and the Chinese Premier, Wen Jiabao on the sidelines of the 3rd Ministerial meeting of the forum of China-Africa Cooperation in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.  

Briefing the media on arrival from the meeting, an Aide to the Vice President John Jinapor, said China also assured Ghana that the Bui Dam will be completed on schedule. 

China will also assist in building the new Foreign Affairs Ministry building.
