His Excellency President John Evans Atta Mills will, from Thursday November 05, 2009, pay a three day working visit to the Ashanti Region.
According to a Press Release signed by Koku Anyidoho, Head of Communications at the Office of the President, His Excellency the President will as part of his itinerary, inspect works at the Sokoban Wood Village, address a durbar of Chiefs at Manhyia, visit Ejura Farms, pay a courtesy call on the Mamponghene, and also address a durbar of Chiefs and people of the Adansi area in Obuasi on Saturday.
President Atta Mills, after the Obuasi durbar, will head for Sunyani to be part of the 50th Anniversary celebration of the creation of the Brong Ahafo Region.
