Five organizations on Tuesday presented assorted items and cash donations towards the 25th National Farmers Day. The donation is the third in the series of presentations made to the Ministry of Agriculture.
The Companies are the Accra Brewery Limited, GTP, Yara Company, Unique Insurance and Heavy Equipment Company. Among the items presented were multi Crop Machine, 400 bags of Ativa fertilizer valued at 20 thousand Ghana Cedis and One hundred pieces of GTP Wax prints.
Receiving the items, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture in Charge of Livestock, Alfred Sugri Tia commended the Organisations for supporting a worthy course. He however appealed for more support from other Corporate entities.
