Kindergartens advised to regularise documents or face closure
The Western Regional Director of the Department of Social Welfare, Joan Mensah has warned operators of Day-care Centres who are operating without permit to take the necessary steps to regularize their operations to forestall possible closure.  This is because the Department will not hesitate to close down centres that do not measure up to the standards.  Mrs. Mensah was speaking at the graduation ceremony of 55 Day Care attendants in Sekondi.
