Kotoko leading marksman,Eric Bekoe,remians doubtful for their second leg Confederation Cup tie after being admitted at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital on Wednesday.
Bekoe was stretchered off in the league game against Berekum Arsenals when he was whacked down by defender Ohene Brenya in the 82nd minute.
He was put in check by the Arsenals defender and eclipsed during the minutes he lasted on the pitch.
Kotoko had to finish the game with a man down because head coach Bashiru Hayford had exhausted his substitution.
The club is yet to pass an official statement on his injury but a source told gbcghana.com the striker sustained an injury on his left knee.
This is the second health scare for Bekoe after collapsing on a team bus to Kumasi and admitted at the Nsawam Government Hospital.
Kotoko were returning to Kumasi after playing Hearts of Oak in the league's top liner on 9 March which ended 0-0 at the Ohene Djan Stadium.
