The Ghana National Fire Service, GNFS Council has directed its personnel to flush out all fake fire fighting equipment in the system.

Speaking to Radio Ghana the Chairman of the Fire Service Council, Alhaji Amadu Sorogho expressed concern about the proliferation of these fake equipment.

He told Radio Ghana that had it not been the retooling of the service by the government, it would have been extremely difficult for personnel to have brought the raging fire at the industrial area in Accra under control.
