The leader of the Great Consolidate Popular Party, GCPP, Dr.Henry Lartey says it has change the date for its congress in order to mourn with the people of Ghana on the death of the former President, Prof. Atta Mills.

The party has therefore decided to hold the forum during the second week of September.
