Rotary International aids construction of vaccines storage facility
A sod has been cut for the construction of a vaccines cold store for the Greater Accra Regional Health Directorate.
The two-storey facility which will cost 257 thousand cedis is expected to be completed by December this year.
The President of Rotary International, Sarkuji Tanako, who performed the ceremony, noted the importance of the vaccines in the fight against childhood killer disease.
He urged Rotarians to practice peace through service.
