The National Population Council (NPC), says it is committed to sensitizing Ghanaians to the need to have a maximum of three children. 

This, the Council said will help government plan adequately and put Ghana's limited resources to judicious use. 

The Upper West Regional Director of the NPC, Abu Salifu, stated this at a World Population Day observation at Biihee in the Upper West Region.
