Ghana gone far in migrating to digital Television Broadcasting- Ursula Owusu The Minister of Communications, Ursula Owusu- Ekuful says the country has gone far in migrating from analogue to digital Television Broadcasting. She stated that over the period, the Ministry has established a nationwide Digital Terrestrial Television network, that would provide coverage to at least 95 percent of the population in the country.
