The Upper East Regional Director of the Ghana Health Services, Dr. Winfred Ofosu, says the Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs, mainly goal three (3) offers players in the health sector a window of opportunity to end preventable deaths of newborn and children under 5 years of age, reduce newborn deaths to less than twelve (12) per thousand live births and under five (5) mortality to less than twenty-five (25) per thousand live births.
