Police professionalism has nothing to do with qualification - Emmanuel Kotin The Inspector General of Police (IGP), David Asante Apeatu is proposing first degree as the entry requirement into the Ghana Police Service. The IGP believes this move will check the quality of personnel recruited into the service. The Executive Director, Africa Centre for Counter Terrorism, Emmanuel Kotin however disagrees with the IGP.
