Alleged MP's killer threatens to seek justice from ICC The alleged killer of the late Member of Parliament (MP) for Abuakwa North, J.B Dankwa-Adu, has threatened to take the matter to the International Criminal Court for justice. At a dramatic day in court yesterday (July 26), the accused person Daniel Asiedu accused a legal practitioner Nana Obiri Boahen, a known New Patriotic Party (NPP) member who is representing the family and the party to come out and clear the air. Daniel Asiedu who was visibly angry was not allowed to speak in court. He said Nana Obiri Boahen knows what caused the death of the late MP and challenged him to come out and speak. The Magistrate, Arit Nsemo was very furious at the delay of the case. She said it has been three years since the case started and Prosecution always asks for adjournment.
