National Daily Minimum Wage now GHȻ10.65

The National Daily Minimum Wage has been increased from GHȻ9.68 to GHȻ10.65 effective January 2019. 

This translates into an increase in nominal value of GHȻ1.03.  

The decision was arrived at after deliberations of the National Tripartite Committee in Accra. 

A communique issued by the Tripartite Committee directs all institutions whose Daily Minimum Wage is below the new basic Wage to adjust it wages upward from January 1, 2019.
