Ken Agyapong apologises to Parliament for contemptuous comments

The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has apologised for contemptuous comments he made against Parliament and the Majority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu. 

Appearing before the Privileges Committee of Parliament yesterday (July 23), Mr Agyapong said though he was the one cited in the video evidence before the House, his comments were misinterpreted. 

He said he never said parliament is "useless and cheap" nonetheless he has apologised to Parliament, the Majority Mr Leader Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu and all whose names were mentioned in the video.
