Former Vice President Amissah-Arthur To Be Buried At Military Cemetery The family of the late Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, has announced that the former vice president will be buried at the Military Cemetery at Burma Camp in Accra. A statement signed by Mr. Jabesh Amissah-Arthur on behalf of the family said the remains of the former vice president will be laid in state at the foyer of the Accra International Conference Centre for filing past by the general public on Thursday July 26 and burial service held on Friday, July 27, after which he will be laid to rest. Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur wish to announce the burial and final funeral rites as follows: Thursday 26th July 2018 The former Vice President’s mortal remains will be laid in state at the foyer of the Accra International Conference Centre for filing past by the general public from 08:00am to 6:00pm. *Please note that no cameras would be allowed in the foyer* Friday 27th July 2018 A burial service will be held in the auditorium of the Accra International Conference Centre from 9:00am to 12:00noon. Additional seating will be available at the forecourt of State House and the service will be streamed live as well.
