Efforts underway to fulfill all promises- Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has said efforts are being made to galvanize the needed resources to fulfill all promises. 

On implementation of the free SHS Policy, the President said enrolment will increase next academic year, therefore more than eight thousand teachers will be engaged to manage the situation. 

President Akufo-Addo was addressing a durbar of Chiefs and people of Bongo as part of his two-day tour of the Upper East Region. 

He inspected some ongoing projects. Key among them was the 8km Bongo-Balungu-Namoo road network in a deplorable state. 

President Akufo-Addo also announced that the Ministry of Aviation is working around the clock to construct an airport at the proposed site in Bolgatanga.
