There Will Be No Increase In VAT – Finance Minister says

The Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta, says there will be no increase in VAT as speculated and appealed to Ghanaians to stop taking directions on economic policies from Social Media. 

The Finance Minister said this on Thursday (July 19) while presenting the 2018 Mid-Year Budget Review to Parliament. 

He is expected to among other things show how government is performing and outline how policies are impacting on Ghanaians.
