7-member committee set up to review MDPI legislative instrument In a bid to strengthen the country's human resource capacity to aid Ghana's transformational growth, government is taking steps to ensure that productivity is given critical attention. To this end, a committee has been constituted to come out with a draft bill that will enable the Management Development and Productivity Institute (MDPI), to operate as a fully-fledged Institute with focus on training and equipping workers with the needed skills to carry out their duties effectively. Inaugurating the Committee in Accra, the Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour Relations, Bright Wireko-Brobby called on the team to start work in earnest as the Ministry expects a draft bill by the end of October.
