<h2>Can the corrosive effects be countered with silence? </h2>


Anti-corruption watchdog, Transparency International has ranked the public sectors in sub-Saharan Africa as the most corrupt in the world. The German-based group says majority of countries in the world are making "little or no progress in ending corruption". With this in mind, what can be done in other sectors where corruption is rife? Can the effects of corruption be countered with silence? How can we invite to fight this canker for development, peace and security? Beauty Emefa  Narteh, Executive Secretary, Ghana Anti - Corruption Coalition (GACC),Nana Kwame Fordjour, Public Relations Practitioner and Michael Okai, the Project Coordinator for the local Chapter of Transparency International ,that is the Ghana Integrity initiative.
