Attorney General vrs GFA case adjourned to July 12 An Accra High Court presided over by Justice Samuel Asiedu has adjourned to July 12, the case involving The Attorney General versus the Ghana Football Association, (GFA). The adjournment was after both parties agreed to give the Ghana Football Association, (GFA) time to respond to the application filed by the Attorney General which they received last Friday. This came as a surprise to the Deputy Attorney General, Godfred Yeboah Dame who stated that the application has been filed since the second of last month whiles Defence counsel Abu Juan insisted they received the said application just this past Friday. The Commercial Court however adjourned the case to enable both parties ample time to prepare adequately. The Attorney General, is in Court as part of government’s effort to clean up the football administration in Ghana in the wake of the Number 12 Anas Aremeyaw Anas Investigative piece.
