Kwabenya jail break suspects to appear before court on 4th April An Accra Circuit Court has set the 4th of next month to rule on the fate of two of the accused persons who have pleaded guilty in the Kwabenya jail break incident. The accused persons who pleaded guilty are Kofi Darko and Emmanuel Kortey. The Prosecutor in the case, DSP Kofi Bempah told the court that the latter, Emmanuel kitty was recently arrested at Asuotwene a suburb of Asamankese. He has also amended the Charge Sheet upon advice from the Attorney General. DSP Bempah has however found one suspect, Elvis Owusu and his plea has been taken.
