ICU worried about collapse of Textile Industry The General Secretary of the Industrial and Commercial Workers Union, ICU, Solomon Kotei has expressed worry over the collapse of Textile Companies in Ghana due especially to piracy. Mr Kotei was speaking at the swearing-in of an eight member Local Union Executive of the Tex Styles Ghana Limited, formerly GTP. The Company which previously employed 1,300 people now has only 720 workers.
