ANC to announce President Zuma's future as pressure mounts on him to resign

The leader of the South African Parliament, Baleka Mbete, says there will soon be an announcement on the future of beleaguered President, Jacob Zuma. 

Mrs. Mbete said the leader of the governing ANC, Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to provide the details.

Reports yesterday (February 6), suggested that a deal had been struck between Mr. Zuma and the ANC. 

Mr. Zuma's resignation now depends on a list of pre-conditions.
