NPP holds press conference

The Acting General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. John Boadu has briefed the media on resolutions that were passed and adopted during the recent National Council meeting on the 29 of November in Accra.

 Among other things, the council agreed that all Municipal and District Chief executives who wish to contest as MP's where the party already has a sitting MP must resign three years prior to the election. 

The party says these decisions are in its best interest and of the government.
