A two day high level meeting of health experts is taking place in Sogakope in the Volta Region to identify loopholes hindering the delivery of quality healthcare to patients.  

This is against the backdrop of needless deaths which health care providers say could have been avoided if there was no break in the healthcare delivery chain. 

A Deputy Minister of Health, Kingsley Aboagye Gyedu at the opening of the programme said accessing healthcare should not be based on whom one knows.Yvonne Atilego has more.
