N/R: Over 6000 homes get solar powered lighting system 

The Afram Plains Development Organisation in the Eastern region has distributed more than six thousand homes solar powered lighting system in the five districts of the northern region. 

The beneficiary districts include Zabzugu, Tatale, Sanguu, Nanumba north, Nanumba south and Kpandai. 

The solar powered lighting system covered CHIPS compound facilities, the Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs), Teachers, Nurses and the police main check points.
