Police to begin recruitment on November 20

The Ghana Police Service will from Monday 20th November 2017, begin a massive recruitment drive aimed at enlisting personnel into all sectors of the service.  

A statement signed by the Director-General of Human Resources Development of the Service, COP Beatrice Vib-Sanziri, listed close to 50 units which qualified personnel will be enlisted to fill.  

The units include General Duty, Administration and Health.  Interested persons are expected to purchase a voucher of GHc50 from the GCB Bank, to enable them to apply online. 

The statement added that, some of the potential recruits including those interested in “general duty” and “tradesman” will sit for a written examination after passing through the first stage of registration online.  

Another set, which comprises those applying as graduates and professionals, would also take an aptitude test.  

The deadline for purchasing vouchers has been set at December 15, 2017, whilst online application closes on Sunday 24.
