Parliament Passes Major Mahama Trust Fund Bill Parliament has passed the Major Mahama Trust Fund Bill 2017. The Bill is to cater for the wife and children of the Late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama who was lynched by a mob at Denkyira Obuasi. The Bill guarantees that proceeds of the Trust Fund are properly managed. Speaking to GBC’s Radio Ghana after the Bill was passed, the Minister of Defence, Dominic Nitiwul said the Ministry will approve allowances in consultation with the Trustees and the Minister of Finance.
