Thanks to Dr John  Gatsi for  coming up with such a good and laudable  program aimed at encouraging and motivating  our children to perform academically. 

Good observation by the District Director of Education, a cancer which must be addressed by any means possible. 

All hands must be on deck to help sustain this laudable initiative.
