Tollbooth Supervisor & Duty Officer Prime Suspects In Motorway Robbery -Tema Police PRO

The Tema Regional Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Joseph Benefo Darkwah, says the tollbooth Supervisor, Theophilus Akomah and the Duty Officer are believed to be the prime suspects in last Sunday evening’s robbery incident at the Tema-end of the Motorway tollbooth. 

According to him, investigations have begun in earnest to enable the Police to establish the facts and the public duly informed. He assured that the tollbooth has been secured by the patrol team to avoid further agitation.

Last Sunday evening armed men robbed the Tema Motorway Toll Booth of 45 thousand Ghana Cedis collected between Friday and Sunday, in the absence of the Police personnel on duty.
