Keynote Speech delivered by Veep Dr. Bawumia at Consultative Forum on Agric

Stakeholders in the Agricultural Sector are meeting to make inputs into government's flagship program, the 'Marshall Plan for Agriculture' in Ghana. 

The meeting will among other things set the stage towards the development of the plan to drive attractive investments to critical areas along the Agricultural value chain, including infrastructure development and access to financing. 

Opening the consultative meeting at Peduase, Vice President  Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, was optimistic that the  plan will transform the Agriculture Sector. 

He said the success of the plan will not only make the sector attractive but have a rippling effect on other key policy initiatives such as the One District One Factory policy.
