Tuopare: Educational Fund instituted to assist needy and brilliant students

The Tuopare divisional area of the Jirapa District in the Upper West Region has instituted an Educational Fund to assist needy and brilliant students of the area. 

Speaking at his outdooring at Tuopare, the Divisional Chief of Tuopare, Naa Basing Naa also known in private life as Professor Bruce Banoeng-Yakubo said the establishment of the Fund has become necessary in view of the number of students who drop out of school in the area due to financial problems.
