Ivorians will not be repatriated - Interior Minister assures refugee community at Egyeikrom  

The Minister for the Interior, Ambrose Dery, has assured the Ivorian community at Egyeikrom refugee camp in the Central region of government's desire to improve their livelihoods. 

He entreated them to dispel rumours that they are going to be repatriated to their country. 

He advised them to be law abiding and live in peace and harmony. 

Mr. Dery made these remarks when he visited the refugee camp as part of his regional tour. 

He also used the occasion to warn miscreants to refrain from using the names of ministers to dupe unsuspecting citizens under the pretence of securing them jobs since it is a criminal offence.
