Police to step up investigations with support of Media

The Ghana Police Service has indicated its preparedness to step up investigations with the support of the Media. 

The Director-General of Police in charge of Public Affairs, ACP David Eklu, underscored the importance of this collaboration to chart a common path that will make policing in Ghana a world class service.

He said the Service will soon launch a directive on how to communicate effectively with the media as part of the new dynamics to reach out to the public and track crime in society. 

ACP Eklu was speaking at a media interaction in Bolgatanga as part of a visit to the Upper East Region.
