UPSA sacks 39 students for forging results

Authorities at the University of Professional Studies, Accra, UPSA, have revoked the admission of 39 first-year students. 

They were said to have falsified their WASSCE results by deliberately entering false grades on the University's online admission system. 

The anomaly was detected after verification of the entry qualification of fresh students for the 2017-2018 academic year by the University. 

The matter has since been reported to the police for further investigations.
