Private laboratories to partner GSA in product testing 

The Ministry of Trade and Industry will soon identify and certify private laboratories’ to partner the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), in its product testing and certification scheme. 

Sector Minister, Alan Kyerematen, said the move will re-enforce the GSA's operations and also enhance government's public private partnership for economic growth.  

Mr. Kyerematen said this at a ceremany in Accra to mark World Standards Day which falls today, (October 13) 

He said to ensure effective standardisation at every level of the economy, all hands must be on deck.
