Police re-direct routes of UPSA demonstration against fuel station behind school

A planned demonstration by students of the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) against the siting of SEL filling station close to the school ran into trouble when the Police diverted the routes agreed upon.  

The Police had acted on intelligence to prevent any chaotic incidence by the students.  

Meanwhile the Africa Centre for Energy Policy ACEP, has been calling for an immediate technical audit on all petroleum products service stations.
