Government releases $10m to roll-out Entrepreneurship & Innovation Plan

The Minister for Business Development, Mohammed Awal, says government has released $10 million as part of plans to roll out the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan this year.

He said under the plan, over three thousand youth will be trained in entrepreneurship and innovative skills to set up their own businesses at cheap interest rates, with priority given to females.

Mr. Awal was speaking at a forum on creating leaders for national development in Accra.
