Kpando Municipal Security places indefinite ban on sale of ‘poisonous fish’ The Kpando Municipal Security Committee has placed an indefinite ban on the sale of a poisonous fish that has claimed the lives of about four people. The Committee together with the assembly are embarking on a campaign to educate residents on the poisonus nature of the fish. The Margaret Marquart Catholic Hospital in Kpando has recorded the deaths of four people who had consumed the fish. More than 10 others are also on admission receiving treatment. The Hospital Administrator Hanson Torde in an interview with Gloria Anderson said the patients on admission are responding to treatment. He said it is hoped that through education those hoarding the fish will bring them out. GBCONLINE
