Salaga flood victims call for assistance

The MP for Salaga South, Salifu Adam Braimah, says the flooding situation in Salaga is so dire that immediate assistance is needed. 

He said the Salaga-Kpandai road is totally cut off and market women have to be ferried to the market centres. 

Mr. Braimah said four persons have been hospitalised, due to the collapse of the building housing them. 

Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr Braimah said officials from NADMO are on the ground assessing the situation.
