Government asks Pharmacy Council to address challenges

The Ministry of Health has asked the Pharmacy Council to work hard to address challenges hindering advancement of its work.

It must also improve on procurement processes of pharmaceuticals taking into considerations the economics of scale.
 
Deputy Minister of Health, Tina Mensah said this on behalf of the Minister at the induction  of new members into the Pharmacy Council in Accra. 

She said if the Pharmaceutical Council is able to restructure its operations, it will build a strong capacity to mobilise its human capital for the advancement of the Council.
