When the filth finally overwhelms them, then comes a general outcry for help, but there are people who do not rest in their bid to promote good sanitation. They are the environmental health officers who are committed to ensuring that people's environments are tidy. Recently, the officers have concentrated attention on promoting water and sanitation hygiene that peaches "one household, one latrine, safe household water treatment, proper hand washing and clean environment.
