Minimum Wage To Go Up By 10%; Effective January 2018

Ghanaian workers will soon enjoy an upward adjustment of National Daily Minimum Wage.

The new minimum wage which will take effect from January 1st, 2018, is pegged at 10%

Addressing a news conference in Accra, the Minister of Employment and Labour Relations, Ignatius Baffour Awuah noted that the decision was as a result of negotiation of the National Tripartite Committee on the determinative of the 2018 National Daily Minimum Wage.
