Calls Intensify For President Akufo-Addo To Institute Fresh Inquiry Into BOST Saga The Founding President of IMANI Ghana, a Think Tank, Franklin Cudjoe has called on the President, to institute fresh inquiry into the activities of BOST in the last 8 years. In a statement, he said all persons who will be found liable for fuel fraud must be held accountable. According to Mr. Cudjoe, there are inconsistencies in the accounts of the Energy Ministry, the National Petroleum Authority and BOST, over the fuel fraud saga. He said the NPA, was kept in the dark about the shady deal for which reason its account cannot be accepted. He also indicated that the whole saga is the clearest example yet of bastardization of institutions by politicians. He questions why a supposedly competent committee set up by the Energy Ministry should be railroaded and trumped over by the BNI, adding that even if the BNI was justified to intervene, its conclusions are at best juvenile and delinquent.
