GIS Denies Allegations Of Sexual Exploitation Of Victims Of Human Trafficking In Its Custody The Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) has denied alleged sexual exploitation of victims of human trafficking in its custody. The Service said the allegations are false, misleading and maligning. A statement issued by the Acting Head of Public Affairs of the Service, Michael Amoako-Atta, said personnel had rather provided counselling services to the victims and stepped up surveillance at the country's land borders after government placed a temporal ban on the use of the Kotoka International Airport for travels to the Gulf Regions for domestic servants.
