North Tongu MP Describes Allegations Against Him By Joe Osei Wusu Serious The Member of Parliament, (MP) for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa says he finds the allegations serious and grave made against him by the Chairman of the Appointments Committee of Parliament, Joe Osei Wusu that he (Mr. Okudjeto Ablakwa) was the one who leveled the bribery allegation against Mr. Boakye Agyarko to paint President Akufo-Addo as corrupt because Mr. Agyarko had once labelled Former President Mahama as corrupt. He said this on Monday in Accra when he appeared before the five-member ad hoc committee of Parliament, Chaired by Railways Development Minister, Joe Ghartey, investigating the bribery allegation scandal which has rocked the Appointment Committee of Parliament. He told the committee that, as a member of the Appointments Committee for five years, nothing of that sought has ever happened. He added that he will never bear false witness in an agenda to tarnish the image of anyone in the name of politics. GBC
