Ghana@60 Committee denies logo plagiarism allegations The Ghana @ 60 Committee has denied media reports that its logo was plagiarized. According to the Committee the logo was designed by one Emmanuel Addo, a student of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology after over 50 applications were received. Speaking at a Media encounter at presidency, Chairman of the Sub Committee Jefferson Sackey said the logo was inspired by the Adinkra symbol- Tikoro Nko agyina. He throws more light on the selection of the logo. The committee is also embarking what it calls the ‘Pledge Campaign’. It is to create awareness things Ghanaians can do differently. THE Chairman of Events Sub Committee Lord Commey has rolled out a number of activities for the year long program. He said ideas are still be collected and interested parties can still bring their ideas on board. As part of activities there will be Christians and Muslims day prayers, Commissioning of Legacy projects, football match between Accra hears of oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Boxing and construction of 60 libraries in 60 deprived communities.
