Recruitment not entirely closed to sacked personnel - NSS

The National Service Scheme (NSS) says the process of recruitment into the National Service is not entirely closed to the dismissed persons.  

A new process will be opened and they would be allowed to apply and assessed before approval.  

The Scheme yesterday in a statement dismissed staff whose recruitment took place in December last year.
 
It is however not clear or guaranteed wether such persons will be taken on.
 
Speaking in an interview the Deputy Executive Director of the National Service Scheme, Nana Boakye said the entire recruitment process was clouded in irregularities and the appointment of those sacked was null and void.
