Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs Minister-designate assures Muslims of a hitch-free Hajj


The Minister designate for Chieftaincy and Religious and Affairs, Kofi Dzamesi has assured Muslims across the country that this year's Hajj will be hitch-free as government has put in place measures to avert any problems.
 
Answering questions from the Appointments Committee during his vetting, Mr. Dzamesi said a committee has been constituted to look into the problems associated with Hajj.

Mr. Dzamesi said he will put in place mechanisms which will ensure cohesion among the various religious bodies especially Muslims and Christians.
